Tenant improvement for a chicken restaurant in Centennial, CO. An existing 3-unit building for which we were handling the designs for restaurants in two of the units.
In this project my supervising architect handled the main test-fit in AutoCAD. Once that was approved, it was my responsibility to translate that design into a Revit model and maintain the styles laid out in the restaurant’s architectural style guide and of previously completed restaurants. Additionally, under the supervision of the lead architect, I developed the bulk of the CD set and coordinated redlines between us and our MEP designers.
